Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a phone consult and a case review?

A phone consult ($100) addresses specific questions based on the information you share during the call, with no written report. A case review ($180) includes a full review of the medical record, imaging, and diagnostics, plus a written report within 6 hours.

How fast will I get a written report?

Case Review and Complex Patient Management reports are provided within 6 hours of the consult. Case Debrief report timelines are agreed upon based on scope.

Are Continuing Education sessions accredited?

Yes — CE sessions are state-approved. Choose from our existing library of topics or suggest your own, and sessions can be scheduled virtually or in-person.

How do I book a case consult, Continuing Education, or a Case Debrief?

Call (502) 414-5577 directly. Phone Consults and Case Reviews are available 6am–10pm; Continuing Education and Case Debriefs are scheduled in advance.

What if you're not available when I reach out?

I'm not always immediately available. If I'm on another call, I will reach back out within 30 minutes. If you haven't heard from me within that time, that means I'm not available. If I'm out of office, my voicemail will indicate another consultant to contact.
