Consultations are intended for veterinarians and veterinary staff only. Pet owners should contact their own veterinarian for care.

Phone Consult - Brief — $100

Immediate phone support for specific questions that do not require a comprehensive case review. Written report not provided. Available 6am–10pm.

Phone Consult - Comprehensive Case Review — $180

Comprehensive case review of available medical records, imaging, and diagnostics, with written report provided within 6 hours. Available for active cases. Available 6am–10pm.

Phone Consult - Complex Patient Management — $300/day

Comprehensive case review and continued phone support. Initial report provided within 6 hours of consult, with subsequent daily reports. Initial consult 6am–10pm · Continued support 24/7 · Daily reports by 10pm.

Case Debrief

Comprehensive case review of challenging cases, such as unexpected mortality or complicated clinical courses. Can be paired with a written report, 1:1 doctor coaching, or team debriefs; cost is variable.

Continuing Education — $325/hr

State-approved, structured training for DVMs and/or support staff. Choose from our existing library of topics, or suggest your own. Scheduled in advance, 2 weeks' notice preferred · Virtual or in-person.

Retrospective Case Review — $220

Comprehensive case review of medical records, imaging, and diagnostics for a completed case, with a written report highlighting opportunities to improve care, provided within 72 hours.
